The Johnson City Housing Authority provides public housing opportunities at eight different locations for eligible Johnson City families and for those who are elderly and disabled. The Johnson City Housing Authority is currently taking applications for 1-5 bedroom apartments for Public Housing and 1-4 bedroom apartments for our Lake Terrace Development. The Section 8 waiting list is closed at this time. If you have questions, please call the office at 423-232-4784.
The Johnson City Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for Dunbar Apartments, LLC. These will be one-three bedroom apartments and are expected to be completed during the fall of 2019. Water, sewer, trash collection, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal will be furnished and washer/dryer hookups will be in each unit. You may apply for these units Monday-Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at 901 Pardee Street, Johnson City TN.
