The Johnson City Housing Authority provides public housing opportunities at eight different locations for eligible Johnson City families and for those who are elderly and disabled. The following waiting lists are currently open:
- 2-5 bedroom units in Public Housing
- Efficiency and 1-5 bedroom units in the Project Based Rental Assistance Program
- 1-3 bedroom units in Dunbar Apartments
Pre-Applications are available for:
- 1 bedroom units in Baker Court Apartments
- 1-2 bedroom units in East Watauga Court Apartments (elderly, disabled, and veterans)
