One of the cornerstones of JCHA, Keystone Community Recreation Center is located at 841 Pardee Street and provides a safe, drug and alcohol-free recreational environment for all children residing in the Johnson City Housing Community. The center encourages and maintains discipline and respect through physically active, educationally supportive programs.
