The Dunbar Apartments are the Johnson City Housing Authority’s most recent undertaking to provide housing that is both safe and affordable for individuals and families in our our area. Located just off of John Exum Parkway, the Dunbar Apartments will feature one, two, and three bedroom units and will be completed by the end of fall 2019. The apartments are outfitted with HVAC units, and water, sewer, and trash collection will be included. Each unit will also be furnished with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer hookups.
