What is Keystone Development, Inc.?

JCH13013_Keystone_v5JCHA representatives sought assistance from and began partnering with the Appalachian Regional Coalition on Homelessness (ARCH) to learn more about the different homeless populations in our area. ARCH is a regional nonprofit agency that provides education and direct support to local charities, civic organizations and public institutions for relieving the poor and distressed through housing efforts.

By virtue of increased awareness and the ARCH partnership, the JCHA established Keystone Development Inc. in 2013 as a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization for addressing the plight of homeless youth and veterans.

In 2015, Keystone Development constructed its first apartment complex. Current Keystone Development programs include Homes for Youth (H4Y) and Homeless Veteran Housing (HVH).

If you wish to provide assistance to Keystone Development Inc. and its programs, please contact the JCHA at 423-232-4784.
