The Upper East Tennessee Human Development Agency Inc. will hold a 2018-2019 Head Start Program Registration Day for Johnson City area classes on May 3, 2018. Registration located in the Keystone Rec Center, 841 Pardee Street from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM.

Head Start is a comprehensive pre-school program for children that will be three and four years old by August 15, 2018.  Children in the program participate in a variety of activities. They also receive free medical screenings and a dental exam with follow-up care, disability services, healthy meals, and are provided with safe environments to learn and play both indoors and outdoors.
