DESCRIPTION:The Upper East Tennessee Human Development Agency Inc. will hold a 2018-2019 Head Start Program Registration Day for Johnson City area classes on May 3\, 2018. Registration located in the Keystone Rec Center\, 841 Pardee Street from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM. \nHead Start is a comprehensive pre-school program for children that will be three and four years old by August 15\, 2018.  Children in the program participate in a variety of activities.
