ROSS Program
The JCHA ROSS (Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency) Program is a HUD-grant-funded program implemented by the JCHA Resident Services office. The ROSS Program is designed to enrich and empower our elderly and disabled residents with services and resources so that they can continue to remain in their homes as long as possible.
The JCHA Resident Services office has friendly helpful staff, who want to help our residents connect with the many organizations and services in our area to improve their quality of life. They are there to help with whatever questions you may have, whether that be about getting help in the home, securing transportation, applying for energy assistance, signing up for food distributions, getting assistance with paperwork, or more.

Johnson City Seniors’ Center at Memorial Park Community Center
It’s important for seniors to remain active and engaged in life.
