JCHA accepting Public Housing and PBRA Applications

Effective April 15, 2020, the Johnson City Housing Authority will be accepting applications for Public Housing 2-4 bedrooms and Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) 0-4 bedrooms. Applications accepting by US mail, faxed to 423-232-4789, or emailed to waitinglist@jchousing.org only. You may call the office at 423-232-4784 to have an application mailed to you, or you can download and print an application at www.jchousing.org/help/documents-forms. The Dunbar waiting list and the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list are both closed until further notice.
