JCHA Accepting Applications

The Johnson City Housing Authority is now taking applications for the following waitlists:

Public Housing:

  • 2-5 bedrooms (0-1 bedroom wait-list is closed at this time)

Project-Based Rental Assistance:

  • Efficiency
  • 2-5 bedrooms (1 bedroom wait-list is closed at this time)

Face to face interviews for applications will begin the week of July 20th. Applications will be accepted from Tues-Thurs, between the hours of 9am-11am.

Applications will no longer be accepted through the mail.
