The Johnson City Housing Authority is currently taking applications for Keystone Development’s newest apartment complex.  These are one bedroom units located at 816 Baker Street and are intended for Homeless, Youth Aging Out of Foster Care, Elderly/Disabled.  Eligibility is based on income.

You can apply for Baker Street Apartments at the main office of the Johnson City Housing Authority located at 901 Pardee Street Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
