- Rent payments are due on the first day of each month.
- Resident’s accounts are delinquent if payment is not received by the Authority’s banking institution by the close of business on the 7th of the month.
- Rent payments are due and payable to The Johnson City Housing Authority. Mail in the envelope provided or at the Authority’s Banking Institution.
- Late rent payments (after the 7th day of the month) must be paid to the Authority only by cashier’s check, certified check, or money orders. Late payments must include late charge. Mail in pre-addressed stamped envelope, attention Accounting and Finance, or drop in the marked box at the Administration Building, 901 Pardee Street. Use box marked “Only for Late Rent Payments.”
