Even Start is staffed by Kathy Osborn (director), Lisa Moor (early childhood teacher), Ashleigh Cox (early childhood paraprofessional), Rebeca Chocron (ESOL interpreter and home visitor), Lynn Brumit (home visitor) and Michelle Arnett (records clerk). Entering our ninth year of operation, we are actively serving almost 70 children with help from our collaborator Terry Jones, director of the Keystone Family Resource Center. The combined services of our programs have allowed us to serve many families in the Johnson City community, as well as some in Carter County and Washington County.
