About the Department
The Department of Physical Services currently includes twenty-eight full- and part-time employees. In addition, contractors and other service providers are on-site performing various
renovations and seasonal maintenance. Each Division and Bureau within the Department is proactive in their efforts to provide our residents with excellent services, while assuring strict compliance with HUD regulations and Authority policies. The Department ensures efficient uses of Authority funds through our combination of inspections, preventive maintenance, and strategic capital outlays.
