About the Department
Welcome to the Johnson City Housing Authority. There are four of us in the Accounting Department: Rachael Hager Hazell, Linda Phillips, Sharon Tomlinson and Kathy Zimbicki. We process all Accounts Receivable
and Accounts Payable in this department for all eight developments. Kathy and Linda work closely with the tenants in seeing that rents are paid in accordance with our policies. If, at any time, a tenant has illness, loss of job, etc., we encourage them to let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist, if possible.
