About the Department
Welcome to the Johnson City Housing Authority. There are three of us in the Accounting Department: Kathy Zimbicki, Sharon Tomlinson Patty Dison. We process all Accounts Receivable
and Accounts Payable is this department for all eight developments. Kathy, Sharon and Patty work closely with the tenants in seeing that rents are paid in accordance with our policies. If, at any time, a tenant has illness, loss of job, etc., we encourage them to let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist, if possible.
